PURCHASING

These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with any terms or conditions of the official sale and resale platform(s).

Tickets will only be deemed valid if purchased from the official sale or resale platform(s).

Finely Tuned will not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage connected with the ticket purchasing process including but not limited to errors, bugs or fraudulent credit card use.

Finely Tuned does not offer exchanges/refunds except where required by law.

You acknowledge that your ticket does not guarantee admission to areas within the event with capacity restrictions.

You acknowledge that Finely Tuned reserves the right to make changes to the artist lineup, schedule, facilities or venue at its sole discretion without prior notice.

EVENT

These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with any terms or conditions of entry enforced by the venue(s).

Finely Tuned has the right to, and to instruct venue staff to, refuse entry to or evict any person:

If they don’t have a valid ticket,

If they don’t have valid photo ID,

If their ticket details don’t match details on photo ID, or

For any reason at its sole discretion.

The following items must not be brought to the event (“Prohibited Items”):

Illegal substances,

Inappropriate or offensive clothing or signage,

Weapons or items capable of being used as a weapon,

Animals (excluding harnessed service dogs),

Flammable items (excluding personal lighters),

Drones,

Air horns, whistles and megaphone,

Lasers,

Professional audio, photo or video equipment, and

Anything deemed a Prohibited Item per the terms or conditions of the venue(s).

Finely Tuned must be notified of any necessary medical or mobility equipment that may be considered a Prohibited Item prior to the event to ensure venue staff are made aware.

You must follow all reasonable directions given by Finely Tuned, venue staff, security personnel, signage and emergency services personnel.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations at all times awaiting entry, during and exiting the event.

You consent to being included in any audio, photo or video recordings of the event.

Finely Tuned or venue staff may, at your expense, arrange medical treatment and/or emergency evacuation for your health or safety or for the health and safety of others at the event.

Finely Tuned is not responsible for any property left at the event.

OTHER

You waive all rights of action against and fully release Finely Tuned from any liability for any and all loss, cost, damage, injury, death, loss of enjoyment, economic loss or consequential loss incurred in connection with the event.

Finely Tuned makes no warranties or representations regarding the suitability of the event.

Any promotion or marketing materials are illustrative only.

Finely Tuned may update these terms and conditions at any time. Any interaction, purchase or attendance will be deemed as acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.
